How many seasons have you played HA ? Were you here when Hockeyarena was launched or did you come here a little later?
I started from the very beginning. Not exactly from the first day, but I registered during the first month. I remember the first beta version, where only two states and two leagues existed. Hockeyarena fascinated me from the absolute start and I immediately contacted icko since I had similar project as well and we used to consult these things from time to time.
What is your targets with your team Star Wolfs for this season?
At the moment, I don´t have any goals. I don´t have the big target, anyway. My targets are rather long term and I focus on being in top 50, which should be easy. As regarding this season, I will be happy to avoid relegation. However, I noticed that my team is the best in my league, so I´ll try to fight and gain some fans. But I surely won´t be able to fight for promotion this season.
What do you think about the fact that your brother Replay is in TOP10 this
season ?
Yes, I know it. We both noticed it yesterday. He learned everything from me but his team is good anyway. He started sooner with what I started later. Hockeyarena is mostly about time spent on the market and everybody who does that, rules in HA. As regarding my brother, his team is great but he will struggle to keep players next season, since TOP10 of his players will become unprotected.
How many hours or minutes do you spend on HA ?
I used to spend many many hours with HA. I guess it was approx. 200 hours per month, sometimes even more. Everything was about HA but I dedicated my time to HA rather than to my team. Only few seasons ago I noticed that I am a shame of Hockeyarena so I decided to spend more time with my own team. However, these days, apart from HAAS, I don’t spend too much time on HA.
What happened that your team suddenly started winning ?
I started working on HAAS and that helped me to keep the best
players in my team. And when I saw their great results it motivated me
even more. Obviously, I spent tons of hours searching the
market, buying the best players and building the stadium to
maximum. My players are under 22 :).Now I have average auality of
my players of about 95%. At the moment I don´t have any player with
quality lower than 90%.
What do you think about the new elements of the game - power plays and penalty kills ?
New power plays and penalty kills are very disappointing for me. Maybe I shouldn’t say itas I am a member of HA team but reality is that it truly disappointed me because we waited for them for about 4 seasons and it is not good at all. Of course, it will get improved but it is not good at the moment.
As your nick contains HA at the end, I have to ask you about what’s being prepared right now and what you are currently involved in. I think many managers are curious about that.
I don’t know what icko is currently working on. He was „closed“ for a very very long time and I have to admit that about a month ago we spoke very little together. I am currently working on HAAS and its implementation to HA is done as well. We are about to have some meetings with icko and I hope that it will move forward and help to improve HA. As regarding my nick with HA, it’s rather formal thing :). Practically, I don’t play any relevant role in HA. It’s mostly because I spent a lot of time for HA – I was for example HA tester, I looked after community webpage, I tested GM environment and I was even a Czechoslovakian leader, or a person who helped with everything... and I even did some programming stuff and optimization.
And how it looks like with news than is for example adjust the formation
to future or new transmission from the match ? It is asigned some
concrete date ?
And what about dates it is above me because i don´t competent but also
accordly,that i don´t indicate ,because i was a lot of times defeat.But
the new new transmission was prepared and it is reconsider his function
when i knew good .And what about the adjust the formation i don´t know
anything abot it.
You were started with work on HAAS again and it mean that Ičko show
some argument that it will help to HA ? It is explicit,that it will be
part of SB or it will be same individual bonus ?
Ičko had interest about HAAS the half of year ago. It is move now,when
Ičko is start working on HA.It will be some bonus part something about
SB+.
On what you are momentary working or upgrading on HAAS ?
There is a lot of thing and a lot of things are to make,but the new we
add a section "Friends" ,when we can adjust and look how your friends or
anybody with HA.Then we make news central,when is automatic adding
different statistic and evaulate statistics if from league or the
team.These news messages we want expand and we like to get HAAS to more
languages.It is translated but it isn´t a lot of time for it. ,,Time
is money´´ and accordly it sin´t more time for HAAS.I hope that when
the HAAS will be on HA so he earn some money and it will can invest to
his next progress.Momentary is possible advance HAAS for his next

Do you succed to meet personal with Ičko ?
?No.It didn´t succed me.I already met with a lot of people with HA.I
organized a few meetings in Kosice about 28 and more people.And i was in
meeting in Bratislava,but i don´t succed met with him.We have already 5
times schedule it,but always somehting come to it what
greatly worry me.
After a few days it was started a work on your page

administrator .How do you get to him ? How plans do you have with blog
to future especially what about you ?
Page www.gioel.bloguje.cz is accord me super thing.It is form how the
people the best to inform and it´s place where the people get knowledge
something interested.After the two months the blog receive probably his
the best fame and the all day came some report and people very likes
it.People have like accord me however informations from the world of HA
because they have like and it interest back and forth about it and
around it action.I am already acquaint Mike22 a long while ago.We
acquianted when i was a boss of CZechoslovakian NAT team and he
personality did a lot of for HA.He knew perfect english a he have
,,presnent of word.Accord me he is one super inteligent and logicaq
boy,who rise it a long.Accordly i consign also Hagib to keeping becuse i
believe as i don´t have a lot of time for blog,that he will can a
little move.What about blog i will like if it will be a place when will
manager came,when he want to read something interested and available.I
have got a big plans but if it will be complete so i do not knew
it:).But i knew that the blog has altogether good favour and it is brand
of medium whinch it will have an achievement and it will can available
for managers.And i hope that my activity will be very actively.:)
Do you think that the hundreds as for thosundes hours which you spend
this perfect hockey manager was dispensable ? What is you render behalf
HA and reversal what this game get to you ?
No.Absolutely i don´t repent it.Maybe a few thigs worry me and i did
it alternatively but it is also in normal life.Certainly HA get me more
than take me.I discern a lot of good people and i learned a lot of good
things and i experienced a lot of good experiences.No i certainly not be
sorry.
And one more question. Have you ever wanted to finish, throw everything away, sell out your team and leave HA?
Well, I think yes, I did. But I am not such radical person so I don’t make the radical decisions. I would rather keep my team to live it´s own life.
We made some small changes in design of HAM, some fonts were changed, page is little bit wider and we have little bit more advertisment areas. And the biggest change is some SEO ambitions :-)
